Chris Noth, who played Parker\u2019s Carrie Bradshaw\u2019s love interest Big on\u00a0SATC\u00a0<\/i>and\u00a0And Just Like That\u2026,\u00a0<\/i>publicly wished Kim Cattrall a happy birthday on Thursday. He was the only member of the show\u2019s cast who did.<\/p>\n

\u201cHappy Birthday Kim!\u201d he wrote in a comment over Kim\u2019s Instagram selfie. In the photo, the actress, who played man-eater Samantha Jones on the show, opposed make-up free and smiled as she rang in her 69th birthday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you for all your Birthday wishes!,\u201d Cattrall wrote.<\/p>\n

Kim and Sarah played besties on SATC from 1998 to 2004, but their real life relationship was far from their reel life.<\/p>\n

“I think she could have been nicer. I really think she could have been nicer. I don\u2019t know what her issue is,” Kim told Piers Morgan in October 2017.<\/p>\n

In the February of 2018, she called Parker, 60, \u201ccruel\u201d and a \u201chypocrite\u201d when she offered condolences for her brother\u2019s death.<\/p>\n

The actress also didn\u2019t reprise her role in the ill-fated\u00a0And just like that.<\/i>\u00a0She only appeared for a cameo in which she talked with Parker on the phone.<\/p>\n

In June 2022, Parker responded to Kim\u2019s comments, telling\u00a0The Hollywood Reporter,<\/i>\u00a0“It\u2019s very hard to talk about the situation with Kim because \u2014 I\u2019ve been so careful about not ever wanting to say anything that is unpleasant.”<\/p>\n

“I\u2019ve spent a lot of years working really hard to always be decent to everybody on the set, to take care of people, to be responsible to and for people, both my employers and the people that I feel I\u2019m responsible for as a producer of the show.
